Top Korean directors and Japanese screenwriters came together in 2009 for the Korea-Japan Telecinema project, a series of seven feature-length mini-dramas starring some of Korea's biggest stars. Directed by Lee Jang Soo (Stairway to Heaven) and written by Oishi Shizuka (First Love), romantic comedy The Relation of Face, Mind and Love starring Kang Ji Hwan and Lee Ji Ah is about a shallow architect who gets beautiful and ugly women mixed up after a sight-impairing injury! R&B diva Park Hwayobi sings The Relation of Face, Mind and Love's ballad theme song "Because of Love" (Track 5), which is composed by Wanted's Jeon Sang Hwan and written by Choi Kap Won. The 13-track soundtrack also includes the duet "Cupcakes and Aliens" (Track 12) by leading lady Lee Ji Ah and Sweet Sorrow's Sung Jin Hwan and Lee Seol Hee's "I Want You" (Track 2).

한일 프로젝트 TELECINEMA7 첫번째 개봉작 <내눈에 콩깍지(감독:이장수/극본:오오이시 시즈카)>은, 일본에서 한창 떠오르는 한류스타로 지목되고 있는 ‘강지환’, ‘이지아’ 주연의 로맨틱 코메디 이다.
<내눈에 콩깍지>의 메인 타이틀곡인 화요비의 “사랑탓(작곡:전상환, 이종수/작사:최갑원)”은 본인의 앨범 작업 도중, 한일 양국의 특별한 프로젝트 영화 제작 소식에 영화음악감독의 가창 프로포즈에 흥쾌이 수락, 영화의 가장 감성적인 고난위의 곡을 가창하게 되었다고 한다.
화요비가 부른 “사랑탓”은 어쿠스틱 기타의 애절한 멜로디에 마치 악기처럼 속삭이는 화요비의 절제된 감성 표현이 강권인 곡으로, 그룹 원티드(WANTED)의 멤버이자 작곡가로 활동하고 있는 ‘전상환’이 작곡을, 곡 가사는 현재 최고의 감성필력으로 인정받고 있는 작사가겸 프로듀서인 최갑원이 제작에 참여했다. 화요비는 영화 영상과 주인공의 감성을 담기 위해 녹음실에서 영상을 꼼꼼하게 체크하며 <내눈에 콩깍지>의 여주인공 ‘왕소중’의 애닯음을 표현하려고 노력했다고 한다. 화요비의 멜로디컬하고 섬세한 호흡이 돋보이는 “사랑탓”은 영화 주인공은 물론, 모든 여심을 자극하는 올 가을 히트 예감의 아름다운 발라드곡이다.
