The drama's third soundtrack release, Temptation of Wife OST Best & Remix comes with 19 tracks over two CDs. Disc 1 offers more alternate versions of the drama's main songs including metallic, Argentine tango, and rock versions of the theme song "Never Forgive", as well as an acoustic and a Min Gun Woo version of love theme "Blue Wish". Disc 2 features various trance and house remix versions of the main songs by DJ Hyo.
