　　少年梁醒波（高志森飾）與少女譚蘭卿（李明珠飾），前者英俊不凡，後者青春迫人，一生一旦，二人各自在粵劇團中正值當紅時期，風頭一時無兩。奈何時不與我，身體隨著時間及「荷包」而變得「腫脹」起來。二人為了力保飯碗，各自出盡法寶去嘗試不同的纖體方法，引發連串笑話。最後，肥波與肥蘭被安排同台演出，但二人不甘作配對，在台上台下互爆陰毒，鬥氣又鬥「瘦」…

　　Uncle Ball and Auntie Fatty, who both were popular stars when they were young, used to be handsome and beautiful. However, as time goes by, while they are getting richer, they are becoming fatter and their popularities are going down as well. In order to remain competitive in careers, the two have tried out all kinds of method to keep fit but all turn out to plenty of laughs. One day, they are forced to perform a play together but, no matter on the stage or not, they pour ridicule on the each other and make a lot of laughs...
