水滸足球 動畫系列是根據中國民間巨著「水滸傳」中的人物及背景伸延創作，再加上足球運動的競技概念而成的新一代動畫故事片。大宋年間，由朝廷至民間百姓皆喜愛踢球運動，當朝皇上更命太尉高俅組織皇家俱樂部足球隊，每天跟皇上練球或在喜慶時刻作表演賽娛賓。另一邊廂，因逃避朝廷迫壓而藏匿於梁山泊的一群英雄好漢，行俠仗義，最病恨朝廷的腐敗無道，逐行刺皇上及朝廷中人之事時有發生;以宋江為首的一O八位梁山英雄好漢，閒來也喜歡踢球運動，不單可強身健體、娛樂之餘更進各人之間默契，因此秘密組成水滸足隊。此事竟讓死對頭太尉高俅得知，暗中實行一條把宋江黨眾一舉消滅之計…
水滸足球第二章，故事廷續高俅的敗北，著跛腿離閏皇城。從此梁山好漢走入另一個世界「名利圈」。物慾令人腐化，水滸足球隊隊員從此沉淪於酒色財氣。屢勸無效，宋江心灰意冷而離隊去了。
高俅過著流浪的日子。一天，巧遇一群少年踢球，守門員竟是個瞎子，以耳代目把球擋回!這使高俅重燃奪回神州杯之夢想… 他從各地集合了一班身懷絕技的殘缺少年。長期的貧困與孤苦，促使這群少年加入高俅所組成的「天殘足球隊」。酒色財氣使水滸球員頭昏腦漲，竟以頭顱跟高俅押下賭注!天殘足球隊因意志而勢如破竹，水滸足球隊因沉淪而連場敗北。宋江怎樣才能夠把水滸足球從死亡邊沿救出來?水滸足球第二章的主題是反映人性受到物慾的污染後，容易失去鬥志和理想，要擺脫引誘的最佳武器便是堅定不移的決心及一份自信!一場足球比賽，除卻汗水與鬥志外，一段段恩怨情仇，喜怒哀樂，更帶給觀眾焦窮娛樂!
Based on the classic of Chinese literature The Water Margin, Shui Hu Soccer has blended the characters and scenarios of this well loved classic with soccer into a new generation of animation series.
During the Sung Dynasty, the whole nation was swept by soccer fever. By the commission of the Emperor, Prime Minister Gao Kau has formed the Royal Club soccer team to play with his majesty and to entertain guests at times of festivities. On the other side, a group of rebel heroes trying to evade persecution by the authorities had gathered at the Liang Shan. These 108 heroes led by Sung Kong also liked soccer, not just as a sport for training the body, but also as an exercise for team spirit; not knowing that their arch-nemesis Gao Kau was planning to use this against them..........
It was more than a soccer game, but also a show of endurance, persistence, rivalry and comradeship, and first rated entertainment.
Continuing from the First Episode, Gao Kau disappeared from the capital after the defeat. The Liang Shan heroes had entered into another real - vanity.
Material riches was corrupting, they indulged in wealth and pleasure, that made Sung Kong to resign. Gao Kau found his new hope when he met a blind teenager who made his goalkeeping impregnable. He found a group of handicapped teenagers who developed some amazing skills and organized them as the Handicapped team to head for the national championship.
The Shui Hu team had waged their lives against Gao's new team. With a youthful passion and a determination to succeed, Gao Kau's Handicapped team went from unknown to hot favorite, and Shui Hu team was in danger of losing their lives. At the moment of crisis, Sung Kong returned to coach Shui Hu and trying to reverse the team's fortune.
This episode reflects human nature when faced with the temptations of wealth and material; their goal is no longer vision and personal enlightenment.The only offensive is an unbending determination and self-confidence.
