香港是個地小人多的擠迫都市，人一迫自然有磨擦，有磨擦就衍生仇恨，有仇恨的地方，就需要殺手。可是好景不常，金融風暴後，殺手也少了很多客戶。殺手阿Bart和副導演阿全，為生活計，也要推出殺人套餐「買兇拍人」。
Hong Kong is an over-crowded city, where people are easily provoked with confilcts and hatred. In such a crammed and hostile place professional hitmen are in demand. Yet, good times never last. Since the Asian financial crisis, the hire-a-hitman business has been going downhill. To make both ends meet, BART, a professional hitman, and CHUEN, an assistant director, are compelled to offer a bargain package 'YOU SHOOT, I SHOOT'.
