September 7, 2006 It was only a matter of time.So, Rain is releasing his 4th Korean album the month after his Japanese album. This is gonna be good. The pressure is on, now. He's got Se7en to worry about among many other male artists. Mainly Se7en though, since recently, he made it big, too. I hope this album is good. I want to try it out when it gets here. I hope they hurry up and name a price. I will place my order as soon as possible. I hope this album is just as good, if not BETTER than his 3rd, because that one had me on the fence for a while. I want it to be something that I can like right away, instead of something that I have to aquire a taste for. Alot of songs on his 3rd album were like that. After a few listens, it started to get good. I want it to be good at first listen. Don't disappoint me, Rain.
Another thing is that Rain was rumored to be releasing an English language album in October. i don't see how that's going to happen if he's releasing a Korean one. That would be too much to worry about all at one time. English, Korean, and Japanese. Too Much. Anyway, maybe it's next year. i am anticipating that too. His English is really good. ^__^... COUNTLESS artists do that. Aaliyah did the Isley Brothers' "At Your Best", and there are many more artists who do that when they RESPECT another artist. They do a REMAKE, not a copy. August 31, 2006 Whatever...Lee Hyo Lee is an awesome singer and dancer. She's not good, she's GREAT. I saw her live in concert and she did a top-notch performance. I was very impressed. I have heard this album and quite frankly, there is nothing wrong with this album. Yes, true, there are songs that resemble Western songs, but hey, who doesn't sample these days, or tweak beats a little. People accused BoA of plagarizing Justin and Brittney. People accuse Rain of copying Usher. Se7en of Justin Timberlake. Who cares. I didn't hear anything on this CD that sounded Brittney Spears-ish. However, there is a song on this album that is very VERY similar to Ciara's One-Two Step. Almost EXACTLY the same. It's like track two or three.
This does not in anyway take points away from the album. If her music mimics the above named artists, then maybe it's because she admires them and wanted to do something similar to their music. There is nothing wrong with that. She probably wanted to appeal more to the Western market. There is nothing wrong with marketing your self. That's how you make more money and get more fans.
She's worked hard for what she's got and I don't feel that it is right to take that away from her. She's a great person. I give her a 9/10, 5 thumbs up, and then some. She's awesome. Like a more grown up version of BoA. I like her. She's cool. Buy all of her albums. They're all good. She was great when she was with Fink.L. and she's good solo. Buy everything. If you hate her that much, then why bother buying her stuff?

I, personally think he should just be an actor and not be a singer, since his acting is far more better than his singing. This show was good, from beginning to end. I mean it. This is probably one of the first good reviews for a drama that I've given. I HAD to own this series. There aren't many drama's that I've seen that made me want to purchase the whole thing. But this one did it for me. Rain and Shin Min Ah did really good, as they did in A Full House. I think the role of the two girls should've been switched though in this one. If you've seen the MBC series called Secret, then you've seen this. The story is EXACTLY the same. The only difference is the casting and the company, Glass Slipper is an SBS drama, and Secret is an MBC drama. Storylines are exactly the same. Like another reviewer, I was introduced to this group by a song by Rain called "My Groove". That song was so cool that I had to further check them out and I am glad I did. I have seen Epik High live in concert twice, along with other artists like Se7en, DJ DOC, Kang Ta, Lee Hyori, Lee Soo Young, Chae Yeon, and some others. Epik High has a lot of energy to them. My favorite song by them is Fly. I first heard that song when they sang it live in LA at a concert I was at. It was great. They are really cool guys. I hope they go far. Their English is really good too. I heard one of the guys do a whole verse in English once and it was really impressive. No accents or anything. Anyway that's not the point. Don't miss out on Epik High, they are cool. They are not super hip-hop, although others say they used to be. Not now, as far as I know. They are cool, though, and that's all that matters. I discovered it while listening to the soundtrack for A Love to Kill. I liked it very much and I am pleased to see that he has put it on this album. I will definitely be purhasing this album so that I can further check him out... That's for sure. Tae Wan, Tae Wan... Anyway, yeah. Is he one of the newer artists? Well nonetheless, he has a great voice and he even appears to look pretty cool. I hope the album doesn't disappoint me. August 4, 2006 All right this is not cool...I, totally don't understand why people are bad-mouthing Se7en. Ok so his Japanese songs don't sound like his Korean RnB style. Duh, it's not supposed to. Japan and Korea are two different countries and what is popular in Korea is not as popular in Japan. I think his Japanese music is great, and he speaks it pretty well. The only people who have a problem with his Jpop are those who live in a box. Open your minds and expand. I admit, when I first heard Se7en sing in Japanese, it was a little strange. But with time, it does grow on you. Se7en and his Jpop have grown on me. And it is not true that Se7en is not popular. Actually he is one of the most requested Asian performers to date. He is at the border-line of surpassing Rain. And his singing is way better. I have supported from his first album all the way to his current and his Japanese. He has come a long, long way and he is improving more and more. He works hard and I don't feel that he gets the credit he deserves sometimes. He's very humble, generous and just wants to please his fans. I support him and everything he does. It's called trying something new and having an open mind. So his Japanese style isn't the same as his Korean style. It wasn't meant to be the same. That's the whole point. Think about it. GO SE7EN!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE YOU!!!! Did you find this review helpful? And I don't know what everyone else is talking about, The cover is just fine. Se7en's hair is beautiful and he should show it off once in a while, and it does look like him. That's how he usually looks. It's a beautiful thing to see him like that. Maybe if someone could say exactly what is wrong with the picture then I might understand what you guys are talking about. Anyway, All of se7en's stuff is cool and he is a great singer on both ballads and fast-paced songs. He's definitely a better singer than Rain. That's for sure. Rain has great talent as well, but Se7en is way better when it comes to singing. Anyway, that's all I have to say. The picture is beautiful. He's a beautiful person on both the inside and out. My favorite song has to be the opening theme song for this series. There's something about the beat and the music that just sounds so 'take-me-away-ish'. The instruments make the song sound so dramatic and so suspenseful and what not. I really can't put into words what that song is like. The other songs are good too, the song by Lee Soo Young and others that I can't name at this time. I also have the other soundtrack to this series as well and I purchased the drama yesterday although I have seen most of it already. If you have the drama, make your little collection complete by purchasing the Soundtrack. You'll be glad you did. And if you purchased the Soundtrack first, buy the drama. It's REALLY good. Not to mention, Rain did an EXCELLENT job in this series. His best work yet. I am not saying that just because I like him either, I just calls 'em how I sees 'em, that's all. But it's true. June 19, 2006 Now for a REAL Review...Alright, now that I have officially taken the time out to listen to each song, I can give you a REAL review.
For starters, I want to say that not only is SE7EN cool in album, but he is also cool in PERSON!! I saw him for myself. When I last wrote I had JUST purchased the album. I have had this album since about a couple weeks from the release date, and let me tell you, this album is GREAT!! There is really no comparison when it comes to SE7EN. He has great vocals, dance moves, and not to mention, he's incredibly HOT!! The WHOLE album is good. with songs like Eoreum Kateun Eebyul (Ice Cold Departure, trk 15), Nan Arayo (I Understand,trk 2), and Pam Sae Dorok (All Night trk.7), this CD is sure to always be in your car, CD Player, Computer, and whatever else you can put a CD in lol. I like EVERY last song on here. This album is definitely worthy of it's title. It will truly have you putting the album on repeat and you will find yourself listening to it 24hrs a day Se7en days a week. I have all three of his albums, and after going into remission for a whole year, I have to say that Se7en has made one hell of a comeback!!
With each album, Se7en just gets better and better. Even his dancing is getting better. With time, I think Se7en will surpass Rain. He already sings better and makes better songs, even though it will take a while to get up to par with his dancing. Se7en even sings good live as well. I am definitely looking forward to his next album. He has matured a lot, and you will see that by purchasing this album. With every new album comes a new Se7en. It will also be interesting to see what he does with his NEXT CD jacket. This one impressed me as much as the last one did. I can't wait til he has a big tour or something and puts it on DVD. I just KNOW it's going to be good. The little sample I saw in Hollywood was great. I wish him all the luck in the world. He is a great person and very humble, and I can tell he has been working pretty hard at what he does. I will definiitely support Se7en and everything he does.
Go buy ALL of his albums so that you can start from the very beginning to the current. You will miss out if you haven't bought them all. Try out some of his Japanese as well. It's also actually good. He almost speaks as if it were his native tongue.

Even though there weren't a LOT of fighting sequences, the ones that were shown were very good. Kang Dong-won and Ha Ji-won really did a good job in this one. This movie has probably one of the most intimate fighting scenes I have ever seen. I was also very drawn to the soundtrack for this movie. Very fitting with the movie. I can't wait to purchase this movie. I saw it at a place that shows Korean films wvery week. I am usually known for watching the mini-series and things like that from Korea. June 12, 2006 I am happy that i bought it!!Oh...My....Goodness!! If this package isn't cool, then I don't know what is. I am SOOOOOOO glad I purchased this concert package. It comes with so many extras, including but not limited to: the actual concert, on the special features disc, his MV's from his first album all the way to the third album are there, some history about Rain, and even some of his most deepest intimate moments. The concert was GREAT. I cannot wait to see him in concert MYSELF and not from a TV screen... that is going to be awesomeness. If you haven't bought this package, then you are definitely missing out. There is so much to see. It is AWESOME. It's something that words can't even describe. I seriously mean that. There are things about Rain that you already know, and there are things that you will find out by puchasing this. It also comes with a remix CD, and something else so cool that if I reveal it to you, there would be people running around here like chickens with their heads cut off!! lol
I will warn you ahead of time though, if you do not have a region 3 DVD player, then I feel sorry for you. You will either need to purchase one, or just miss out. In the store where I bought it, they wouldn't even allow you to purchase this package without you having a code 3 DVD player. Make sure you get one especially for this item. June 12, 2006 Bi is Great...I love this guy... I love his song An-nyeong-ee-ran mal tae shin (Instead of Goodbye). That song is so cute to me... The beat is very mellow and calm. I like how he decided to use a kind of romantic jazzy feel for this song, yet it sounds very bubbly and poppish. It's really cute. It sounds like something SM Town would do or something. I also like Last Handshake and Na ppeun nam ja (Evil Man) and Because It's Not Familiar. Those songs are also pretty good. I am looking forward to Rain making a big debut here in the US. May 25, 2006 GO SE7EN!!This single is very good. I have yet to go and buy his Jpop Album. I love SE7EN's Kpop. It took me a while to get into his Jpop, but, with time, he has grown on me even with his Jpop. I've seen SE7EN live in concert before and are one of the people to know first hand that he's a pretty awesome person in person. He's very sweet, and is deserving of every good thing that comes his way. I have all three of his Kpop albums, and I am going to try to keep up with his Jpop too. Please support SE7EN. He's an awesome person on the inside and out.
In reference to the songs on this single, if I had to name them in order, which songs I like the most, I would go ChiriBoshi/Crazy/Hikari. Don't get me wrong, ALL three of the songs are good, but this is just the order that I like them in. Obviously ChiriBoshi is my fav song on the album. I will warn you though, for the people that are usually used to his KpopR&B style, this song will probably make you cringe at first listen, but with time this song REALLY really does grow on you. If you are already a JPOP fan, and don't really know his Korean that well, you will easily be taken aback by this song. I don't know what it is about ChiriBoshi, but when you listen to it, you can't help putting it on repeat. It's an amazing song. I don't really know what he's saying, but it's just great to listen to. I won't compare this song to other artists' sounds, simply because I don't want to COMPLETELY give it away. But just listen to this single. You'll be glad you did. I mean it. I definitely support SE7EN, and everything he does. And no, Rain does NOT compare to SE7EN. I mean when it comes to dancing MAYBE, but not vocally. SE7EN takes it, hands down. I LOVE SE7EN!!! May 25, 2006 SE7EN Is CoolI just have one question: for the people who bought the Hikari singe, does anyone know what happened to the second song that's on there? It's not on this album. I looked for it. I'm not sure of the name, but it consists of just two Japanese Kanji Symbols. It's the second song on the Hikari single. That song is AWESOME. I listen to it all the time. Personally, I wouldn't completely rule out his Japanese or his Korean. They both sound good to me. I just saw SE7EN live in concert on May 20, 2006. He was great. I couldn't believe he was actually in LA. He shot a music video in LA a long time ago, but I never thought he'd be in concert here. That was pretty cool. I'll remember that for the rest of my life. SE7EN will always be great. I think he should concentrate on being classified as a Jpop singer for now, like BoA. People know her as a Jpop singer, as well as Kpop.
