May 30, 2008 Oh My G-GodKoda Kumi's ballads are always amazing, but when I heard this song playing as the ending theme to "Puzzle," I was hooked. It's such a gorgeous song! It's very soft and the bridge is amazing! When I was watching "Puzzle" I had to keep rewinding to listen to "moon crying" over and over again. It's just simplicity!
When I first heard that Kuu-chan was going to be collaborating with Fergie, my first thought was 'What is she thinking?!' I'm not a big Fergie fan, but I figured if she's going to collaborate with Kuu, she can't be all bad. I was right. "That Ain't Cool" sounds so awesome! I can't wait to see the PV for it!!
"Once Again" is BEAUTIFUL!! It just gives you a feeling like you're staring up at a starlit sky in the middle of a meadow. That's the feeling I get, anyway. It's so gorgeous!!
Then you have "Lady Go!" which is really upbeat and so much fun!! It's so techno! I think that song should have a PV, too!! It really is that awesome!
It's times like this I wish this was going to be a quadruple A-side like "4 hot wave." All the songs are amazing! I can't wait to get my copy of "MOON"!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

It's a little bit twisted at points and there are so many plot twists that by the end of the first volume you're so entranced and fascinated that you can't wait to get hold of the next volume!
Definately one of my favourites!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

April 16, 2008 Loving it Every StepIn reply to Ignored Truth, if you don't like her, then just be quiet.
Koda Kumi's worked hard to get where she's at today and it shows. Her voice is always splendid, no matter what. The PVs for Kingdom were absolutely beautiful and adorable in most aspects. Especially "Wonderland."
It was so much like WIND, it was so sweet. Very poppy. ^^
I hope this scandal thing doesn't ruin her career. She's worked so hard to be where she's at and the last thing she deserves is to have it plummit because people couldn't take a joke.
We support you, Kuu-chan. ^^Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

This has to be, without a doubt, one of the best concerts Kuu's ever thrown!! So much energy...so much dancing. THIS is why I'm a Koda Kumi fan!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

March 11, 2008 I Liked it....I really do like this single. I haven't listened to BoA much, but for some reason, when I was reading a review on some other site, they mentioned this single and I figured I'd give it a listen.
I loved it! I can't say anything bad about. I'll be honest, though, the only other songs I've actually listened to was Be the One and Meaning of Peace, which she collaborated with Kuu. So I can't say that it's bad compared to her other works.
All I know is that I love the song and it didn't disappoint me in the slightest. So, yay BoA! And I look forward to seeing more from her. ^.^Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

(1)Our Price: US$20.25Usually ships within 7 daysMarch 11, 2008 I Has Corm...This is the reason I love Lead! This song starts off acapella than then, as you get into it, come into a very lively beat that you can't help but be an addit to! ^.^
If the song itself isn't enough of a reason to purchase this CD (and heaven asks WHY?) then purchase it for the PV! I know the message they're trying to send out (Go Green), but there are litterally dancing corn on the cobs in this music video! First time I ever watched the video, I didn't know whether to love it or bust out laughing.
It's fun, though! ^.^ Lead fans will not be disappointed! Hell! You don't have to be a Lead fan to love this song! It's good anyway! 10/10 for me!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

February 17, 2008 I Knew It! I Called It!I knew from the moment I heard the previews that this album was going to be one of her bests! It's so much like her earlier albums like "affection" and "grow into one," which, oddly enough, happen to be two of my favourite Koda Kumi albums.
"Introduction to Kingdom" - Right off Kumi shows off her voice talents with seemingly unnatural high notes of "Love." It's a very calm and soothing intro, completely contrasting her usual intros like those for Best ~second session~ and Black Cherry intro.
"LAST ANGEL feat. Tohoshinki" - I already thought this song was amazing when it was first released. Kuu's voice and those of Tohoshinki mixed very well together and complimented each other perfectly.
"Amai Wana" - I love the arabic feel in this one. It's similiar to that of Candy feat. Mr. Blistah but much better. Plus, the bridge in this song...amazing.
"Himitsu" - This track's somewhat pop, somewhat R&B. The beginning of this song already has you wanting more.
"Ai no Uta" - Still, in my opinion, one of the best ballads Koda Kumi has done. She hits every note dead on and you can sense the emotion in it no matter how many times you listen.
"anytime" - Most know that this ballad is very cutsey pop. This song is just clam, relaxing, and very nicely arranged.
"Under" - This is probably one of the strongest tracks on the album. It's very hip-hopish that you can pick right up on the moment the music begins.
"BUT" - This song will never get old. I love the strength this song brings out and the fun chorus and beat. Kumi pulled this song off right from the beginning, so you know you can't go wrong here.
"Koi no Mahou" - By the title, one would think this would be similiar to Koi no Tsubomi. On the contrary. This song is more like Himitsu, but is much more poppish than R&B.
"Aishou" - Once again, back to the BUT single. This song is still one of my favourites. I love the rock-themed ballad and how Kuu's strong voice pulls of the chorus. Simplicity matched.
"Anata ga Shite Kureta Koto" - A very long title for a very simple song. I love this song and the PV is wonderful, but it doesn't rank with my favourites from this album. A very nice listen, nonetheless.
"Wonderland" - If the song itself doesn't get you, then the PV will! The PV is much like that of WIND and the song is just very fun a poppish! You can never go wrong with pop, Kuu!
"FREAKY" - Still one of my favourite fast-tempo Kuu-songs to date. I fell in love with the song the moment I heard the preview so there's no doubt I'm being biased as hell reviewing this song.
"MORE" - This song has a very jazzy feel much like that of Kuu's earlier song from Best ~second session~ "feel." However, it is much MUCH stronger. One of the bests? I think so.
"Black Cherry" - We all remember the introduction to her Black Cherry album, yes? Well! Here's the full version of the song! I love this song all the same! The power that emits when you listen to it is amazing!
Overall, Kingdom is definately one of her best albums! This is a must buy for ANYONE. You don't have to be a Kuu-fan to fall head over heels for this one!
Bravo, Kuu-chan! Bravo!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -
Freaky (Japan Version)
February 2, 2008 Awesome as Always!Koda Kumi has NEVER failed to amaze me with her work! This has to be one of my favourite singles by her to date! It sounds so much like her older work and I love it!
FREAKY is a great song and dance number. It's somewhat like a mixture between hip-hop and rock. Very nice to listen to. Definately can't get sick of this song! The chorus will have you hooked and singing this song practically everywhere!
Sora is just nice to listen to. It's very pleasent on the ears and has a synthesizer throughout most of it. Plus, whoever's working the piano in this song did a wonderful job. This type of song is just perfectly suited to Kuu's voice. There's no doubt about that.
Run For Your Life. A lot of peoples favourite song on this single. It's definately worth all the praise it receives! It gives a very summer vibe any time you listen to it and the PV is adorable. This was perfect for a summer hit!
girls, the final song on the CD. People say this song is like With Your Smile, but I'll have to be honest, I did not get a With Your Smile vibe from this song. It has a smiliar atmosphere, but nothing more. The chords are much different. This song is very fun and upbeat, much like the past two songs. One of those poppy style songs that makes us love Kuu-chan so much.
So, overall, I found this single to be absolutely wonderful! Even the remixes on the other CD are great to listen to. This is one of her best singles, without a doubt.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This)

February 2, 2008 Final ReviewThis is my last review for this single, I swear!
After I received my copy of "anytime" I fell in love with even more. I didn't bother to purchase the CD + DVD version because I'm getting her Kingdom album and the PV for anytime is on said album.
However, the reason I purchased the single is for Bounce, which is not featured on her album, whereas it is a B-side.
Bounce is so fun and addicting! I love how Kuu's moving backwards towards her roots! Bounce reminds me of a lot of her earlier work like when SOULHEAD and LiSA were featured in her music. This song isn't a collaboration, but it's wonderful! (I'm listening to it as I review this.) Her voice is perfect for the energetic music and the tune if in sync down to every notch!
If you don't purchase this for anytime, because you're like me and getting her Kingdom album, purchase this for Bounce!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

It's kinda morbid, in turns, however. I like how Misono's done this trio of rock songs and I love how she's more diverse. I have yet to hear the B-Side to this single, but the A-Side's wonderful.
I definately reccommend this single to Misono fans! Even if you're not a Misono fan, this song's still great to listen to. 9/10 for me!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

I couldn't have been more disappointed. The only one that I thought even had a decent voice to suit the wonderful vocals of Webber's music was the man cast as Phantom.
No one voice could ever compare to the wonderful vocals of the original cast from the Broadway. I advise not to waste you money on this poor generic trap. Buy the original cast recording. It's simply beautiful.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

January 1, 2008 Freakishly AwesomeI'm normally not an Ayumi fan. I'm a MUCH bigger Koda Kumi fan then I ever will be Ayumi Hamasaki, but this song freaking ROCKS.
It is, without a doubt, one of the best songs I've ever heard. I always thought Ayumi only had that high voice like many other artists, but this single right here proves me wrong. The music's amazing and the heavy beat to it is just perfect. The PV is amazing and what attracted me to listen to the song in the first place.
Without a doubt, one of the best songs I've ever had touch my ears. Definate 10/10. Hell. I give this song an 11/10!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

If you do get this, you'll see how much effort she's been putting into it. Though, honestly, I never thought Misono was chubby at all. She was already thin enough, but I know America's definition of "overweight" and Japan's definition differ so.
I don't really reccomend this unless you're looking for a lot of inspiration on your own quest.

When I first heard this song, I thought, "Well...it's okay, but it's not her best." But after about the second or third time I listened to it, I became addicted! I find myself humming this song in the hallways at school and always wanting my CD player with me just so I can have this song with me at all times!

(3)Our Price: US$23.25Usually ships within 7 daysDecember 23, 2007 It's Great!Honestly, I was shocked that this single didn't chart high. Before it's release and only the PV was released, everyone thought that this single would do so much better than her past singles! Imagine our suprise when it flanked.
Zasetsu Chiten is so much fun and addicting! I'm normally not a rock person, but this song makes me one! It's so energetic and I love the boxing theme for the PV. Misono really shows off her voice in this one, too!
It just upsets me so much that after all the effort Misono's put into her career, people still aren't supportive of her. She desevers so much and gets so little in return. She's a talented and beautful artist and I hope that more people will understand that.
So, support Misono and buy this single!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

December 20, 2007 It's WONDERFUL!!Kuu's anytime song is absolutely GORGEOUS!! It flows beautifully and is very calm and relaxing. Her voice is just perfectly suited to the melody and the soft tone is simply magnificent. I definately rate "anytime" 10/10!!
Then you have Bounce which is very energetic and upbeat. It's a perfect B-side slow right after the soft-tempo of "anytime." Bounce just make you want to... Get Up & Move!! ^.^ Once again! Rank: 10/10!Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

December 10, 2007 Great!Yes! As always, Kuu never fails to amaze me. The CD was wonderful to listen to and the first track Ashita e... will automatically have you addicted to the ballads. I'm not normally a ballad person, but Kuu's changed my outlook. Then you have the dance versions to her biggest PV hits; which is great if you've been trying to learn the dance moves to certain PVs.
