Jung Da Bun is not your average belle, while she isnt exactly pretty she is a great actress that successfully manages to portray her character's anguish at falling for a man who seems to only know how to make use of her.
the drama too has a serious side to it by exploring the much controversial topic of cohabiting something that is frowned upon is most asian cultures.

September 22, 2005 My all time favourite Korean series~!a korean drama of a total different kind~! this drama boldly explores the ugly side of human nature - greed. The main female character Lee Soo-jung is poor and goes to great lengths to get money but in the midst she still manages to find true love. I enjoy the storyline and how it manages to balance the strive for material gains as well as true love.Brilliant acting and an interesting ending - some love it (i do!) while others loathe it.

September 22, 2005 funny lovable drama that will bring tears to yourthis korean series was one of the most popular ones in Korea during the year of its release in 2004 and for a good reason. Laughter, anger, tears and anxiety would all arise within you while watching this series...as a growing fan of the new type of Korean dramas that move away from the tear-jerkers genre, this drama has a nice balance of humor together with sadness. As always there tends to be exaggeration on the part of Bi and Song but they make a cute couple..though dont expect much sparks to fly. the music is nice too especially the songs...after watching the series u would definitely wanna get ur hands on the OST..but im not giving it a full 10 cos there are some missing songs..and also like the Sha La La song that they play..a pity they didnt include them inside cos that would make the album complete...Did you find this review helpful?
