it gave me new perspectives into life and everything around me
but onto the soundtrack..i find all the songs in this cd was done very well..the first track pretty mcuh starts off w/how the first episode went..scenary of a school..ppl getting to school and an introduction of the characters
all of the music i listen to reminds me of the drama again..brings back a lot of memories
i like the music arrangements in here too..there's many different instrutments involved..from guitars to violins to pianos to everything!!

August 4, 2006 amazing drama!wow..i heard of this drama recommendation from my friends..and boy..this is one good drama!!
storyline: 2 guys trying to make a girl popular at their school
it might sounds a bit typical and boring..but it's very very hilarious...i was hooked onto this drama after the first episode...kame & yama put a wonderful performance..i especially like yama's character (akira)..he was very into it..acting all goofy..saying ridiculous things..lol..nobuta's character was interesting too...a lot of emotion and expression was put into the filming..i find her character quite hard to act..but it didn't disappoint me..^^
wht i also like about this drama is the things they say in each episode..even though there's only 10 episode..every episdoe..they say something really meaninngful..it really got to me..and started thinking a lot..about relationships and life in general..it relaly touched me
i would recommend this to anybody..i'm sure it'll make u laugh!
too bad there's only 10 episodes..wished there were more..ooh..the only thing i dind't like about this drama was the ending..the ending doesn't really flow w/everything that was going on..and it wasn't a totally happy ending too..but overall..10/10..love this dramaDid you find this review helpful? August 3, 2006 quite shockingfinally took the time and watched this movie
pretty much everything was quite predictable..as u can tell by the pictures..it's about a couple who just got married..and then later on their marriage starts to shattered and everything..a typical chinese plot..but the ending..boy..the last 10 seconds really shocked me..i kinda expected the director to do something a bit different than the usual..but not as different as wht i expected to be..it's quite intersting actually
i dun really wanan spoil the ending right here in case someone does have lots of interest in watching it
but overall this movie isn't too bad..everybody who were involved in the film did a great job..though the acting skills still lacks a bit..but it's somethign new and fresh..not your usual talented actors/actresses..i woudl recommend this to anybody actually..it's an intersting movieDid you find this review helpful? i really enjoyed the new released by wilfred..i'm only disappointed by the amount of new songs he released..it's been almost around a year since his last released..i wished there were more songs!
but anyways..onto his new songs..track 1..has a typical chinese pop to it..but it added a bit of rock into it..and i like how the lyrics were written..how he broke up w/his gf..getting his freedom..yet he's happy to see his gf w/another..kinda like a happy ending kinda thing...and track 2..is more slow compared to track 1..i like how the guitar leads most of the music in this song..sounds a bit acoustic..and wilfred's emotions are well delivered here..the chorus is quite repetitive..so it's quite memorable..and track 3..is another completely new thing..quite jolly and fairy tale feeling..quite well done..but not too memorable to me
as for the old songs..not much to say..all of the songs are his best ones..so they're all good..u can really listen to how wilfred has changed over the years (i.e. his voice and his music)

really love her new single..all of her new songs are quite good..
Ningyohime is a rock-ish type of song..the song itself isn't that bad..but koda's voice to me wasn't quite well delivered..her voice wasn't too strong..can't really bring out the rock part of the song..could use some improvements on the singing in this type of song
With your smile..was my absolute favourite..love the beat..gives a really summer feel and a dancing feel too..everything blends well together..and it's catchy too..w/the english lyrics at the beginning..it gets stuck into your head!!
I'll be there..is the only considered "slow" song in here..it's not a slow slow ballad..but it gives a rather typical slow song suited for the summer season..i like how there's a rhyhtm in the background..giving it some beat..so not making it a completely slow ballad..and i liked how koda's voice was delivered in here..it's better than her performance in Ningyohime
Juicy..is definitely a hot song..quite r&b and hip hop feel..very suited for her style..gives a really sexy feeling too
as for the music videos..koda wanted the 4 songs to link..kinda in a story way..but i dun really think that was really working for me..juicy & with your smile kinda linked..but the other 2 songs were just random..kinda outta nowhere..but i did enjoyed all of her music videos..juicy was quite hot..dancing in a cowgirl outfit at a bar..with your smile is a continuation in search of the treasure..i'll be there..set in a beautiful beach..with clear waters and a sunsets and everything..perfect for the summre season..and Ningyohime has a dark side of koda..dark and sexy!

July 14, 2006 breathlessomg! i can't even describe how i love this movie..in my opinion..this is THE BEST movie i've ever watched so far!!! okay.i admit it's been a while this movie is out..never had the time to watch movies..but this one..seriously..after the first 15 minutes..i'm hooked...not only the gun scenes were done amazingly..the suspense and excitement build up so quickly..all the cops were down..the bad guys winning by a mile...jackie chan going through all the pain and sorrow..all i can say was WOW..overall..the movie from beginning to end was very thrilling..a lot of action and suspense..cause basically it's a general cop movie..bad guys vs good guys..but it's not about robbing a bank or anything (even though it did involve scenes like that)..but it's about psychological issues..and parental relationships..it might sound a bit silly and farfetched..but it's something new and original..nothing you have seen in the market before...and what really also amazes me was the production of the film..there were a lot of movie stars + singers involved..which is pretty cool..instead of using all those random unknown people...but all the stunts was just incredible..i couldn't believe that the 'going down the building' scene was actually real..and nicholas and jackie did the actual stunts too (even though i do know jackie chan does all of his stunts)..but the amount of time and money put into this film is probably a tredmendous amount...having to close down streets in central (an area in hk) is not an easy thing to do

trial is really really catchy to me..for the fact the chrous was repetitive..yet memorable..so it went into my head right away and insisted me to hit the repeat button again and again..this song is mostly guitar based..w/a bit of drums..quite well put..a new feel..and i like how ryohei and ryuichi had more contribution..as in singing along w/keita too..so it gives me a song that's really a group work..job well done!
back at one was not too bad too..i was too into trial already..so this song didn't spark me that much..but it's still a nice song to listen
and the last song was a remake of o-town's 'all or nothing'..the melody of this song was great to begin with..so the song is overall well done..i'm quite surprised w-inds. would do a remake of a pop song..they've made the chorus less repetitive..so it makes the song sound a bit better..not too boring w/the same words again and again

there are still some great songs in here..but not a lot that will keep me hit the repeat button...but w-inds. did try many new things in this album..so i liked their work on a new trial
the songs i really enjoyed were IT'S IN THE STARS..this song is quite catchy..as they kept repeating the song title..and there's a differ dance beat to it..unlike their usual ones..so it's quite fresh and new..the unplugged and acoustic verison of the 2 songs in the album was well done too..the melody was already nice to begin with..very relaxing..up beat..and memorable..and this time..they use differ music rearrangements..quite different from their previous albums..and the new arrangment didn't ruin the song and melody too..so i really enjoyed it..overall..i enjoyed their slow songs in this release..the fast songs..were okay to me..some were missing the spark..that beat or catchy-ness..it's still a nice album to listen to..but hoping their next release will be better..ooh...i also forgot to say that keita's vocals keeps on improving..his vocals to begin w/are really high..way higher than normal male singers can do..so it's great..now he's develop more ways to make his voice sound more outstanding..and i can really hear it in the songs..keep it up!Did you find this review helpful? onto the songs..i love track 1..the piano performance suited nicely w/the melody of the song..it's very relaxing..and also the raining noises too..makes the song flow more fluently...track 2..which is my favourite from the album..this song added a bit of drums and piano..so it made the song to add a bit of drama..and hins' voice was magnificent..very well performed..and it really got to me..i was very well into the song..actually feeling and understanding wht he's trying to sing...another song i enjoyed was the duet hins had w/ivana..even though this is the mandarin verison of "hands hope" in ivana's cd..it was still nicely done..this song again used a piano..but the feeling this time..is very mysterious..a bit on the gloomy side..both of the singers' voices blended well together..so it sounds very good...i also like track 9..it's like a typical slow ballad..hins had a lot of emotion put in here..and it also shows a high range of vocals..so it's a great song

June 29, 2006 best album in june!i'm really glad edmond finally released another cd..it's been more than a year since his last release...this album is very well done..too bad there's only 10 songs..it would be better if there's more..onto the songs..i'm just gonna say the ones in my opinion are nice...track 1 is quite good..it started w/a really slow and relaxing piano melody..it sets up the mood already..and then the mood increases w/the drums and everything..makes an intensifying song..track 2 has a very interesting song title..reminds me on train man title...but this song..u hear more of edmond's vocals..it's very well delievered throughout the song..track 3..to me has a very english-style feeling..but it's not one of those copied ones..it's quite original..and very catchy..especially w/him singing "HEY JUNE"..and i liked music arrangements..it sets up a different mood from the piano music he had in his other songs in the album...then there's also track 6..it gives another new feeling to the album..a differ kind of calm feeling..very romantic too..it gives me a ballroom dancing feeling too...and another track i liked was track 8..again..sets up a different feeling..very drama-ish..a battle b/w a couple..and then there's a lot of violins playing in the background..which helps build up the drama..very well put..i really enjoyed this cd..i hope there's more to come from edmond..dun wanan wait another 1 yr + for his next release Did you find this review helpful? June 23, 2006 40th singlei've been listening to ayumi for quite a bit..but not a really into her..but after hearing this single..my love for ayumi is growing..i really like blue bird..the song gives me a happy feeling..quite suitable for the summer season right now..it's a bit fast-paced..but not techno/disco kind..so there's a different dancing feeling to it..the pv for the single was amazing..love it 100%..the scenary was perfect..and it suits the song perfectly..way better than her fairyland pv...as for her other track beautiful fighters..i have to give this a bad song..to me personally..it's quite boring..repetitive..too cutesy..kinda like her old songs..the pv was okay too..nothing majorly special..overall..i really love blue bird..and it's not a bad single..hoping ayumi's next release would be even better Did you find this review helpful? June 17, 2006 wonderful tv seriesi simply love this show..the plot even though i admit is a bit typical..but the things they do in the show..really puts a smile on my face..joe and ariel looked really good together..the family is really funny..the other girl who likes joe is funny and pretty too..everything is just great in this show..i would recommend this to anyone who's not really into taiwan tv shows or chiense shows in general..this one will really make u smile and happy!! June 17, 2006 horriblei have to agree with the other reviews on this cd..EEG is obviously using the world cup as a way to make money for their company..not only there's only 1 new song..but the song sounds terrible itself..w/so many artists..their voices don't even blend well together..one singer is too outstanding..another u can't even hear it..and another is exageratting too much..the song is just terrible..and all the other songs are old..they appeared on other "collection" cds already..and it has nothing to do w/world cup in any way..this is such a disgrace to hk music industry Did you find this review helpful? June 17, 2006 rosanne & race!i'm really glad that 2R finally released another cd..i always find them better than twins..their singing skills have improved a lot compared to 2003..their pronounication is good..their live skills are great..they do have potential to be excellent singers..i'm just very disappointed in the music company..their last cd was more than 1 year ago..and their new cd had only 3 new songs..very unsatisfied...but onto the songs itself..all 3 songs had differ genres..the 2nd one is very rock-ish..the 3rd one is a typical chiense melody..and the 1st one has a bit of a new feeling..i just can't explain wht it is..all 3 songs were performed very well..2R had put in a lot of emotions and heart into singing...their collection is quite good too..their old songs i have to admit are better...i just hope they have the results they had back in 2003..9/10 for this cd!
