　　世紀末的來臨，人與人之間充滿了懷疑與不信任，於是把空白的心靈寄託在迷信的鬼神世界，做成一股（不問蒼天問鬼神）的末世思潮，孤兒小鳳自幼在廟內長大，洞悉一切所謂迷信的虛假，又常被養大他的神棍師父所虐待，令鳳深深怨恨上天賜予他這般可憐的命運，故誓要與天抗衡。鳳長大後與一拍擋－智合作呃神騙鬼，但因二人彼此不滿而導致破裂，而智與一個電視台主持Joan扯上關係，知名度大昇，一次機緣巧合，鳳認識一個特約演員－小春：小春為人戇直，但心地善良，樂於助人，鳳逐利用小春的無知繼續其神棍生意。

　　鳳把小春塑造成一個地位不凡的喇嘛，在一次另有內情的樂壇天皇昏迷送院事件中，小春以達達大師形象在十萬的記者、觀眾和歌迷面前救醒天皇。智欲揭發此事，於是與Joan商量力邀小春上電視台接受挑戰；小春幸運地過關，令智更感氣憤。鳳和小春得電視台老闆之邀參加一個名人匯演的Party，鳳欲藉此一舉成名，但卻踏進了智佈下的陷阱裡。兩個超級神棍，棍來棍往，鬥過你死我活，令人發噱……
