Anthony Wong and Sam Lee team up in the ghostly horror-comedy Phantom Call! Wong stars as Lee Siu Lung (which also happens to be Bruce Lee's Chinese name), a low-rent loan shark who undergoes a legendary streak of bad luck. Not only do his debt-collecting adventures prove fruitless, but his wife is cheating on him, and he becomes witness to a robbery! The thieves don't like witnesses, so Lung becomes an immediate victim. Enter Pui (Sam Lee), a lovesick doofus who finds Lung's old cell phone...and Lung is talking to him on the other end! Now a ghost-man team to be reckoned with, the two make a pact: Pui will help Lung gain revenge, and Lung will help Pui win the heart of his dream girl! A bizarre mixture of revenge thriller and romantic comedy, Phantom Call is a weird and hilarious showcase for the genuine comic talents of both Anthony Wong and Sam Lee.
