　　任職廣告公司小祕書的方麗娟(楊千嬅飾)，被上司Monica無理解僱。麗娟為求保住飯碗，假裝未婚有孕，公司基於「保護孕婦僱員條例」收回了解僱信。行政總裁胡啟明(陳冠希飾)，對麗娟照顧有加，麗娟深感內咎，終日誠惶誠恐。正當麗娟決定說出真相的時候，怎料一名牌運動鞋商看準了她孕婦的形象，要她當廣告女主角。廣告拍攝當日，麗娟不小心滑倒，眾人誤以為她穿羊水，趕把她送往醫院。麗娟一班朋友扮鬼扮馬趕往營救，可惜「假肚」始終都被識穿……

　　Fong(Miriam Yeung) tells lies that she is pregnant in order to secure her job. Since new boss Wu(Edison Chen) also came from a single-proposal family, he refuses the proposal to dismiss her. So now everybody is guessing who is the father, and Fong sought help from her best friend King Meanwhile Fong learns everything about being pregnant, but how shall she wrap things up?

It`s a very good movie, but then I like all Joe Ma`s movies. Still this one works even better because it is fast-paced and the good lines and funny jokes keep coming so that you don`t tire of the movie while you`re waiting for something to happen. The cast is great. I am a Niki Chow fan. She has the most expressive face and good comedic timing. Edison Chen is a good actor. He is funny too, but most of all he has a presence that makes the camera follow him and not the other way around. Miriam Yeung is not my favourite actress. I know she was supposed to be a bit stupid in this movie, but most of all she seemed lazy, as if she did not care what she was saying or doing. She made me sleepy...The film itself was so funny! So much to laugh at. It reminded me of Diva, Ah Hey. And that`s a compliment:) Please watch it!
