一場賭壇風雲褪色後，另一場充滿殺機的惡鬥又在醞釀。為免遭人暗算，澳門雷泰製造一懞面賭聖以分散眾人的注意力。另一方面，自從賭聖退隱江湖後，三叔生活潦倒，於是前往天神村尋找新賭聖，現葛BlessｙYou 具有特異功能，故誘騙他入局。葛在賭場內遇到泰國賭后豪姬，得佑她欲暗殺少女緣份及其弟小龍，與三叔前往營救。雷泰得知葛鍾情於緣份，於是把她擄走，以打擊葛在比賽的表現。就在千鈞一髮之際，意外發生了……
Lui is the tyrant of gamblers in Macau. He puts forward a masked Saint of gamblers to cover for him in the casino. Meanwhile, Uncle Sam has lost his livelihood since the real saint of gamblers retires. So he sets out in search of the new Saint. He discovers God Bless-you, who possesses extraordinary powers and takes him under his wing. God meets Ho, the goddess of gamblers from Thailand and learns that she has planned to kill Yuen, and her younger brother, Lung. Lui, knowing that God is in love with Yuen, abducts her so that God will be too depressed to perform well in the competition. But then something unexpected turns up...
