At the top of Chinese Education Movies Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Without a doubt, "The Road Home" ranks at the top of education movies produced and directed in the
world. It shows how people will do whatever it takes to get an education, even if they live in non-urban
settings. Zhang Ziyi plays her heart out. Although the character she portrays does not have much
education, she ironically, falls in love with an educator. She and her husband produce a son who is well
educated. Filmed in the Chinese country-side, this is a "must see" movie for people around the world
who plan to be or plan to continue to be educators, and for others just interested in education.

I bought this version and the one from Sony. What a difference in transfer even I had to pay more for the Sony version.

Wauw, what can I say about this movie?? 1 tip! - have alot of tissues ready before u put ur Disk in ur DVD-player!!....U will certainly going 2 WEEP!!! Bcos it is so TOUCHING and Zhang Ziyi was so SWEET in this movie, that I could give her the biggest hug!!! I didn`t actually weep, but my eyes were certainly not dry!! WAUW, this movie will defenitely touch u, otherwise there must be something wrong! :) See this movie

I Loved this movie. I saw it a couple weeks ago and FEEL IN LOVE WITH IT. Zi Yi Zhang did a WONDERFUL job on this and in her other movies! She is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE ACTRESSES =D

I bought this film 6 months ago but never watched it until now but now that I have I am dazzeled. The story is simple but VERY moving, simply amazing and beautiful even for us blokes. I would hightly recommend this to anyone. I must admit it made me cry a little.
