From the review, sounds like there are a lot of negative comments regarding this movie. I don't have a very high requirement for entertainment, I guess, because I like it. I think Vicki Zhao is beautiful and a good actress. I have a few good laughs and I feel relaxed after this movie. Too many bad things in the world so it is nice to relax and feel good for a while. Not all movies need to be a big project. Sometimes simple pleasure is all I ask for . |

storyline was quite boring, i thought i would have a good laugh, but sat after sat through and watched the whole film, i didnt even laugh a bit... |

If you simply want to watch Ekin Cheng or Vicki Zhao.. then go ahead and watch the movie/buy the movie. But otherwise, there's not much chemistry between the two.. and her "transformation" wasn't a big WOW.. (I thought she still looked terrible). And it wasn't very funny either. Not worth purchasing. |

Good pairing of leading roles... the movie is cute, sweet....leaves you feeling good at the end. (oh yeah, the costumes the make Vicki wear in here are horrendous....but that's what makes it fun to watch.) |

In my opinion this story is a modern version of "fairy-tale". Normally fairy-tales have touching moments. That means the acting of the characters has to "make" this movie. Unfortunately Ekin and Vicky are no actors that deliver that "extra". Even the other actors are not attractive to watch. Over 90 minutes no laughing, no touching, not even a "feel-good" moments. I might be to critical, but this film is really numb. |
