Hong Kong Cinema superstar Andy Lau journeys to scenic Greece in search of a mysterious rock in Magic Crystal, an eighties comedy-action-adventure from veteran director Wong Jing! Unbeknownst to Andy, an old friend (Philip Ko) hid a green glowing rock in the suitcase of Andy's nephew (Siu Bing Bing) while they were vacationing in Greece. Surprisingly, the rock speaks to the child telepathically, and reveals that it houses the spirit of a marooned extra-terrestrial that just wants to return home. The rock quickly befriends the child, and even helps him take on the school bullies! But evil Russian gangsters (led by international martial arts star Richard Norton) and a pair of Interpol agents (Max Mok and female action star Cynthia Rothrock) are closing in on the rock, which puts Andy right in the middle - even though he doesn't know what's going on! When his nephew gets kidnapped, Andy races back to Greece to find him, and hopefully solve the mystery of the Magic Crystal! Slapstick comedy and silly Hong Kong hijinks share time with energetic kung-fu action in The Magic Crystal, a Wong Jing sci-fi comedy action spectacular that undoubtedly has something for everyone!

　　Archaeologist Shum finds an antique jade with supernatural power in Greece. The stone is wanted both by KGB's agent Karoff and the Interpol. Shum asks his friend Nike (Andy Lau) for help. However, Shum is finally caught by KGB but the jade is slipped into the hands of a boy called Pan. He discovers the crystal is from space and they become friends. While Nike is imputed and jailed, Karoff comes and captures Pan to get the jade......
