Nothing but the best from Wu Bai and China Blue! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
As always, Wu Bai and China Blue deliver a CD that is nothing like what they've done before. That's why I love this band so much. Wu Bai is fearless, ready to experiment with different sounds, not afraid to have his voice crack, and always producing a sound that is uniquely Wu Bai and China Blue, never to be confused with any other band. This CD ventures into the realm of techno (I have visions of myself cutting loose at a rave to Two-Faced Man) but then wanders back to more traditional-sounding tunes, and even venturing to the old radio sounds of the 1950s (right down to the sound of the needle on the LP). And best of all, it's TAIWANESE! No matter that I don't understand that nearly as well as I can get the Mandarin - it's pure Wu Bai, and I'll take him singing in Taiwanese any day. All in all, a fun CD that will have you bopping along happily attempting to sing along in a language you don't know.
