Around a year ago singer/actor, Lee Hom Wang mesmerised the music world with his very own blend of Asian and western sounds. Now he invites everybody to a second serving of his unique-style melodies on Heroes of Earth.
The all-round talent expressed that he got the inspiration to his special hip hop mix of stylish R&B with Peking opera elements for his best-selling album Shangri-la when he watched the silver screen drama Farewell My Concubine (starring the late great Leslie Cheung). Good
| Lee Homs prior Cd probably more memorable to me. This Cd finally gave him the recognition but some of the song just lacked creativity. Why that foolishness with Jin? When was the last time he was a recognized rapper. Big City small love is the signature song and only great song in this album. Others were all relative average. Even though this is the album in which he finally got his proper recognition and most deservingly so but please go litsen to his prior Cds instead. They are of much higher quality.... |

| I love this CD so much...at first, I bought it on a whim. But, I played it, and realized it was amazing. Leehom has a beautiful and sexy voice, and I like every single song on this album! |

just getting better and better
| Leehom's been around for a long time.. I always knew him by name since 6-7 years ago. He never caught my attention because I thought his older songs just weren't that good. Ever since Shangri-la, his music's been getting better and better. His "Chinked-out" style is really something =) Heroes of Earth is simply amazing. |

definitely worth buying!
| I sort of gave up Chinese music for a while and went into Japanese music. But when Leehom's album was released, I immediately fell in love with it. I listened to every track of the album, which I don't normally do. I'm not a big fan of hip-hop, but his songs make it so hard not to like. I like the collaboration with Rain and Lim Jeong Hee too. The trio made a wonderful song. |

| i was once a jay's crazy fan...i got all his cd's but ever since i listen to leehom previous album(ShangRi-La),i totally fall in love with it...my jay's album had been put aside bCoz i never thought than LeeHom is much more better than Jay...his voice is awesome,when i listen to his ballad it totally kills me with his soothing voice(i never get this felling from Jay's song)his rap is much more clearer than Jay and creative...the Heroes of Earth album is the best album that i have ever listened to...all the ballad inside really damn nice...his fast track is very creative..it make me cant stop listening to it everyday...whoever who wanted to buy this album can giv it a try cz it's worth every sen.. |
