One of the fastest-rising names in J-pop, up-and-coming artist Takasugi Satomi is releasing her first album garden. Takasugi made her debut last year with the single Tabibito ("Traveler"), which was used as the image song for the feature film Saiyuuki and ended up hitting No. 10 on the Oricon charts. She followed up with two well-received double A-sides which also got plenty of airplay. Hyaku Renka was used as the ending themes of NTV programs THE Sunday and Adult no Shikaku, Tooku Hanaretemo was used as the theme song for an Asahi TV Thursday mystery drama, and Yukiboshi became a hit CM song. All this buzz comes from the singer's strong voice and ear-pleasing, uptempo ballads.

Takasugi's debut album graden comes with fourteen songs, including all of her 2007 singles and her latest 2008 single, Isshoni, which is being released the same day as the album. This sweet ballad with an easy tempo highlights her mellow voice and low-key charm. Other new tracks to look out for include the CM song Kono Mune ni Zutto and NO SIDE, which is a KOBELCO sports special theme song for the National High School Rugby Championship.

This edition comes with a DVD containing four music videos.
