Arc Rise Fantasia is a fantasy RPG developed for the Wii by Marvelous Entertainment and image epoch, the teams behind the great strategy RPG Luminous Arc. In this game, creatures known as "contaminant dragons" are invading the empire, and the gamer must gather a team of three heroes to fight back. The main dragonbusters are the prince and his mercenary friend, who take it upon themselves to save the world from certain doom. One of them is wounded in the battle and falls down a valley, but is saved by a mysterious girl who possesses magical powers. Battles in Arc Rise Fantasia are turn-based, and the game runs on a unique combat system featuring a single AP shared among the team members, which simplifies battles while making them more challenging.
