Infernal Affairs co-director Alan Mak helms the taut serial killer thriller Nude Fear, starring the sexy Kathy Chau! Joyce (Kathy Chau) is a sexually frigid homicide detective who gets involved in an eerily familiar case. A women has been raped, her hands tied, and her tongue cut off - a series of crimes that once occurred to Joyce's mother! Convinced that this is the same criminal, she and her team discover the culprit, young killer Lee Ming Chun (Sam Lee), but there's no way this young kid could have performed the same criminal acts on Joyce's mother! Could there be someone else besides Lee Ming Chun behind these murders? Alan Mak brings suspense and an unsettling tone to this dark thriller, and co-stars Tse Kwan Ho and Cheung Tat Ming turn in stellar supporting performances. With a twist-laden storyline and some grisly details, Nude Fear proves to be an intriguing and atmospheric whodunit.
