'91年12月から講談社刊「なかよし」に連載された武内直子の原作によるコミック「美少女戦士セーラームーン」は、'92年にはTVアニメ化されて話題となり、その後劇場版アニメやミュージカルも大ヒットするなど、社会現象と言われるほどの一大ブームを巻き起こした。また、2003年にはテレビ実写版も放映され、好評を博した。
本作には、1998年2月に行われた年ウィンタースペシャルミュージカル「美少女戦士セーラームーン 永遠伝説（改訂版）」から2月7日、東京・池袋サンシャイン劇場での公演の模様を収録。主人公・セーラームーン役の大山アンザほか美少女戦士たちの活躍を、存分に堪能することが出来る。
銀河TV全国高校対抗ドラマ合戦の収録に参加したうさぎたち。収録を楽しむうさぎたちだったが、間近に危機が迫っていた…。

Shed some tears as you say goodbye to the first st Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I'm not really sure how the senshi kept "dying" and coming back, nor why Galaxia revived Beryl in the first place... but this musical combined the most tragic and lovely moments of both the first seasons of Sailor Moon and the final Stars season. Some songs were repeated from the stars musical however and some songs were cut to be shorter. However this is still worth seeing, especially as it is a fairwell to one of the best myu casts. Humor and action/dancing abound and two Queens of Darkness battle it out for stage time. Loved "Onna no Ronsou" and even though Matsumoto Tamami seemed to be over acting just a bit, she also made a great new cast addition (possibly even better than Sara Saori before her).

La performance d'Anza est plus que reussie , l'émotion est au rendez vous et les chanson brillamant interprétés ! Anza cloture sa carriere de sailor moon en beautée et pour le plus grand plaisir des fans! dvd que je conseille si vous aimez Anza et Ayako!
