Top 'biao' Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
What a stunning directorial debut for Yuen Biao. His artistic and technical expertise is definitely under estimated and he should have carried on with more projects from this because I'm sure he is up there with Sammo and Jackie.

We are rewarded with some beautiful Tibetan scenery and shots of the temple. Personally I feel that Biao is more or less being himself as his characteristics are (as we all know) patient, humble, friendly, loyal, kind, helpful, devoted, ...........Being an expert in his field of martial arts, all the fighting sequences with Yuen Wah equates explosive action time after time. This movie is no exception in that area. Good supporting roles from Michelle Reis and Nina Li who didn't do too badly in the action dept herself (check out her wicked and sexy body suit!). Old friend Wu Ma did a cameo as his lama sifu.

Not just another 'fight to retrieve priceless artifact' movie, this one is filled with tongue-in=-cheek comedy and flawless action sequences. Get it for your Biao's collection. I have.

Yuen Biao in his prime. Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Yuen Biao's first directional debute shows that the man is exemely talented and it is a shame that he has not gone on to direct more feature films. Though the fights scenes are few and only appear during the second half of the film, when they do occur they are a marvel to be hold, Yuen biao shows off his dexterity and acrobatic skills with ease and his camera angles are spot on in showing the movements. The two duels between Yuen Wah and Biao is further evidence of the two at there best. Nina Li also has an amusing fight with Biao and she pulls off some fancy moves herself saying she is a non martial artist.

The comedy is spot on and one can not help but be charmed by Biao's naive nature in the film and he pulls it adequately. Yuen is your stereotypical villain and he pulls it of with ease but that is not saying much for he has played this type of role countless times.

Yuen Biao and Yuen Wah at there prime, there fight alone is worth the purchase.

great biao movie Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
it is a great yuen biao film, filled with great fights, and good comedy.

yuen biao has a great duel with yuen wah, michelle reis is lovely, and the acting and comedy is spot on.

only downer to this vcd is that the chinese dubbing isnt yuen biaos voice. other than that its a great film one you need to see as a biao fan.
