Nothing new
| As much as I like Alan and Hackan. I have to say I'm disappointed that every year they sing the same songs repeatedly. Especially the ones from Alan, some of them are so old and sang on every concert (even his own). How can anyone not get sick of listening to those "classic songs" so many times seriously? Secondly, they tried to squeeze too many songs in one concert, most of the songs are medley and not the full songs. I see some remixes here and there, but still doesn't take away the fact that they are repetitive. It's somewhere entertaining watching it on video, but I don't think I would pay to see them in person. I hope they will sing different songs or maybe other singers' songs next time. |

I went to see them live when in Las Vegas.It was a amazing experience.But then, other than the sights & the atmosphere,for getting up close to the performers,nothing beats video, unless,of course,you're in the very front row.And with blu-ray,the clarity is amazing! it's almost like being there! I only gave it less than a perfect 10 because I already owned the previous concerts dvd .Songs elections pretty much the same.Of course , they did sing some new one.But because the video & audio of the blu-ray,which is a notch above the dvd, It's still a must buy,only if you owned a hdtv or 1080p pc monitor!For the first time buyer ,especially these two are your favorite,it 's a perfect 10! Be warned,like vhs, once you watch blu-ray,you won't go back to dvd! |

Alan & Hacken 2009 Live Concert Karaoke
| The DVD is great. I bought the CD and DVD to add it to my collection. Acutally I went to see the live concert on CNY and the next day fly back to SF. If u really like must. This CD & DVD are a great songs to listen and if you want to learn chinese go to Karaoke u must sing. |
