Not well at all

Apart from the original cast members of Raymond, Sandra and Lei Heong Kum (the mother), everyone else is new. Chemistry between Sandra and Raymond is still ok, but Louis has a 'forced feel' to it. Lei Heong Kum does her bit well of course for an old pro but unfortunately the husband is a " stiff". Sorry, this movie doesn't do anything for me as anticipated. The original and still the best is 1992's with Leslie, Teresa, Maggie, Lei Heong kum and Kwan Hoi San (as parents), Stephen, Raymond and Sandra. So much chemistry, it's magic. |
