一方面要將包老豆救出，另一方面要智擒邪惡博士等人，於是展開一段異度空間的時空旅程。回到1975年，見番包老豆，又重遇舊情人發電妹（碧安絲），於是合力再戰邪惡。當包話事見番包老豆，卻發現他鹹濕又無賴，而隱藏多年的包話事身世之謎更有了一點點眉目。
期間包話事使出能人所不能的啜核招數與敵人火併，肥霸（再來……米克邁亞斯飾）扮成相撲手在澡堂滿天飛、金大支變油脂飛玩轉的士高，場面瘋狂爆笑、頂癮扺死，實行玩串Party。經歷大戰連場，包話事等人身陷險境，金鎗如何不倒，還看「金蕉」！

The "sshhh" hits the Fan when Dr. Evil and Mini-Me escape from prison. Joining forces with the superfreaky Goldmember, they kidnap Austin's father, master spy Nigel powers (Oscar winner Michael Caine), in a dastardly time-travel scheme to take over the world. Before you can say "Shake your Booty," Austin cruises to 1975 and teams up with sexy Foxxy Cleopatra (Beyonce Knowles, R& B group Destiny's Child) to stop Dr. Evil and Goldmember from their mischievous mayhem.

Oh baby, behave!
| Austin, let's shag with you in your third feature. This has to be most humourous of the three Austin Powers movies I've seen. There's just too many funny instances in the movie to explain in a few words. Get ready for Austin, boys and girls, it's time to shag in Austin Powers Land! |
