BABY GENIUSES: When two doctors (Kathleen Turner and Christopher Lloyd) set out to dominate the world once they discover they can crack the code to a secret baby language, it is only two-year-old Sly and his twin brother Whit who can stop them. When their first attempt fails and Sly gets captured, Whit rallies a group of foster babies at the home for special children to rescue Sly and squash the doctor's evil plot. Goofy comedy will appeal to those with a taste for the unusual. Directed by Bob Clark (A CHRISTMAS STORY, PORKY'S.) SUPERBABIES: BABY GENIUSES 2: Combining several different genres (action, sci-fi, comedy, family) to tell one truly outrageous tale, SUPERBABIES: BABY GENIUSES 2 introduces audiences to another set of hyper-smart toddlers who are out to conquer evil. This time around, evil presents itself in the form of Bill Biscane (Jon Voight), a German mass-media giant who is out to brainwash children all over the world through his seemingly innocent television show. But before he gets his chance, a figure from Biscane's past shows up to torment him once again. His name is Kahuna, and although he's pint-sized, he's got the brains and tools to battle his arch-nemesis. This time around, Kahuna must rely on four members of Stan (Scott Baio) and Jean (Vanessa Angel) Bobbins's nursery to help him save the day: Archie, Finkleman, Rosita, and Alex. Featuring a hilariously campy performance from Jon Voight, Clark's sequel also ups the action ante, resulting in an entertaining comedy for children of all ages.
