PLEASE! IT'S A SHAME TO KOREA! NOT R &B! Customer Review Rated Bad 2 - 2 out of 10
I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS ALBUM SOOOOO MUCH COZ I'M A BIG FAN OF 2PAC, J-LO AND BABY V.O.X. BUT!!! WOT A SHAME!
I LISTENED TO "PLAY" & "XCSTASY" WITH MY ENGLISH FRIENDS, BUT WOT REALLY HAPPENED??
NOT ONLY IS THERE SINGING REALLY BAD!
BUT THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE SANG IN ENGLISH.
I THINK THEY TRIED TO BE TOO SEXY AND THEIR VOICES ARE..JUST SO..TERRIBLE!
BABY V.O.X, U DO NOT HAVE AN R&B VOICE SO STICK WITH UR POP MUSIC! IT'S COOL!

Baby V.O.X new style Hip Hop! Must Buy! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Baby V.O.X has returned. Baby V.O.X has finally supplied music lovers with their REAL STYLE ---HIP HOP. Their new release "RIDE WEST", to say the least, was worth the wait. Their hit song "XCSTASY" is the strongest point of the album. The soulful sound of these hot Girls voices combined with rappers Floss. P and 2 PAC's hard and high pitched vocal are the perfect mix of hi and lo. In "RIDE WEST", Baby V.O.X tries to encompass all different aspects of hip-hop. There are some love songs here, some expression songs, some "f*ck you" songs; the whole deal is here. Their beats are nicely done, although some of them seem very familiar! Truthfully, Baby V.O.X breaks some new ground in hip hop, rather than re-singing old styles like everyone else. This is a must-buy for all hip hop and Baby V.O.X fans, especially for hiphopers that follow the new Hip Hop Era.

What Happened?? Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
This album is absolutely terrible. BabyVoX should've stuck to a more original style rather than try to be so..."westernized"
Supposedly this will be the album that they plan to use to introduce the American public to Korean pop music. If I had never heard kpop before in my life and this album was my first taste of it, I would be on the floor laughing, asking myself "wtf is this garbage, a bunch of asian wannabes"
I'm soryy, just not their best work by any means, worst than the first album (which was shelved after 2 weeks)
But, i must admit, they do look very hot this time around.

Baby VOX fails.... Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
I'm sorry if I offend the fans but I just want to say what I want to say. Baby VOX has no vocal talent. They can't dance nor can sing. The music video is very stereotypical like it's saying all hip-hop artists drag race. This is the most disappointing album I've seen from them in my life. I hope that someday they will fail for their lack of talent...

Support Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Although this album isn't out yet, I've heard two songs from it already. I think with the whole lawsuit going on about Baby VOX and Tupac, they're going to get a lot of negative feedback. However, I support Baby VOX, 100%! I think they've worked hard and deserve at least a little praise, instead of negative attention all the time. Would you want someone criticizing every move you make? I'm going to support Baby VOX by buying this album as soon as possible.

THIS RELEASE IS A FRAUD Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Baby Vox stole songs from 2Pac, Jennifer Lopez and Daz Dillinger, exploiting their music in a deliberate attempt to sell records.

"Play Remix" was stolen from a REAL remix of Jennifer Lopez' song of the same title featuring Daz Dillinger, who is also on this fake remix! It was released in 2001 independently on Daz' "Who Ride Wit Us Volume 1" album. The version on Baby Vox's album is obviously a chopped up remake using them to sell records.

2Pac's verse from the song "Xcstasy" was stolen from a live performance of a verse from "Can U Get Away" from his Me Against the World album.

It's hard to believe that Baby Vox would stoop so low. Avoid this album at all costs.

What happened? Customer Review Rated Bad 3 - 3 out of 10
Ok, so they're trying to sound more Western (which I think is dumb anyway) -- but was it necessary to put do many different versions of one song? This would have been an OK album if it weren't for that. Xcstasy is pretty good, but I hate Play (why a remix of a JLo song?? and 3 times in a row!). I think what saves this sad album (I feel it's a waste of money for so few songs) are some of the songs towards the end of this album (tracks 8,11,12). But I suppose I have to say my favorite track is 13, sounding more like the Baby VOX I prefer, and similar to their 6th album dance style.
So is it worth the buy? I suppose if you're a Baby Vox or Tupac fan, but better to buy their old albums.

HELP MY EARS Customer Review Rated Bad 1 - 1 out of 10
Not talking about the lawsuits and controversy surrounding this album, here's my opinion of the music itself. The album is a mini album that has 7 songs. The beats of the korean version and english version of ecstasy seem too loud drowning baby vox's singing (cough cough whatever you call it). I didn't understand much of the english in ecstacy but I did hear the word "baby" alot. The song, I give it 0.5/10 because it was an INSULT to the legend Tupac.
Now play, it is basically a sample of Jennifer Lopez's song but with the girls trying to sing over it. The only good parts in that song was Jennifer Lopez's voice. The recording sounded quite cheap and you can definetely hear that they just recorded their voices over the original.
The next three songs are plain and simple, no biggies. Not the greatest but at least they sound decent. However, isn't this the album whatt they want to take to the U.S., so why aren't they in English or was this whole project just to get attention and set up a hoax for them to gain popularity? I don't know, but it's confusing.
Now the last two songs, to all korean singers who don't speak chinese STOP SINGING IN CHINESE. THe chinese was horrendous. Even though you're popular in China, don't try the language when you have absloutely no idea how to speak it. Unlike Ecstacy where I understood "baby", this song I didn't understand one single word.
Go was a release from before, and the JApanese isn't much better than the Chinese. Stick with Korean.
Overall, this album isn't worth your money. For all the people who have given them more than a 7/10 on this album, you have not heard this album so stop writing these useless review. I heard every song and hated every song and don't want to hear again. Before this album, I thought Baby Vox lacked musical talents but their songs were somehwat catchy. After this album, I've lost all respect. Oh, it's not only me who thinks that Baby Vox don't have much of musical talents, even their record companies dissed them by kindly saying that "it wasn't excellent".
