Beyond certainly deserves a page in Hong Kong's music history. Formed in 1983 as just an underground band, Beyond soon rose to become a popular music group in Hong Kong and remain so until today. Their songs, positive and reassuring, have encouraged generations of Hong Kong people for 22 years. Regrettably this legendary Hong Kong music group has just been disbanded in February 2005 after Beyond The Story Live concert. However, their fans and music lovers can still enjoy Beyond's marvelous music with this significant and memorable concert now captured on 2 CDs!
In Beyond The Story Live concert, the band first charmed their fans with some of their earlier works, such as "Farewell my Dream" and "Arabic Dancing Girl". The three then amused the audience with their essential tunes and all-time favorites, such as "Lover", "Armani", "Boundless Sea and Sky", etc. The concert reached its climax when Beyond sang with their fans "There's Always Love", which concluded this wonderful concert, leaving the audience speechlessly amazed.
A Bonus DVD comes with this 2-CD combo containing excepts from this great concert presented to you visually. You will also see Beyond and Tai Chi, the two most popular bands in the 80s, jamming the magnificent song "Red Sports Car" in this DVD.

get this cd!!!
| first off I must say this cd is a grab, nice packaging, comes in a box cover,pics/booklet, 2cds + dvd..nice. both of the cds are awesome, a must for all beyond heads, cds capture a great live experience, im just tripping about how cheap it was-yesasia hook'd it up BEYOND style-get this now if you haven't, you wont regret it. |

very pleased
| I just bought it.The concert sound was more like BEYOND in the early days.Overall it's great but how come it is only 2cds instead of the full set which is 2cds and a dvd.I bought this at Gurney Plaza's Tower Records and 2 songs;Paradise and There is Love missing from the list of the songs. |

awesome!!!
| even though they had cut out some of my favourite songs from their concert, this is still a good cd. it is nicely packaged and comes with a dvd that includes an awesome jamming session with tai chi and some backstage footage of the band. brings back some great memories of the concert and i cant wait for the dvd!!! |

I will miss Beyond!
| I have listened to Beyond all my life. I can honestly say that I grew up with them. This is a great CD. Even if it were a terrible CD, I would have bought it anyway. Beyond is a legend and I will definitely miss them. Their music has taught me a lot. It's still teaching me everytime I listen to it. Also love the tribute they paid to Ka Kui. I am eagerly waiting for the DVD! |

not a bad cd
| I have to agree.. the CD isn't bad.. but I wish they didn't cut out all the song from just 3 of them. I mean all the other song from the 2004 live CD already. How many time I have to collect the some song over and over again. If you really like music and know Beyond. All the music make by 3 of them is very powerful as well. I hope when the DVD come out will be mostly just the 3 of them music. If not I might not want to buy it at the end. |
