Following the assassinations of some of their best operatives, agency head Brubeck sends agents Monk, Holiday and Davis to Paris to find lacey, the killer who posed as a high fashion model to carry out the latest hit. DNA from some clothing reveals that Lacey is a genetically re-engineered superhuman capable of feats of extraordinary strength. When lacey finds Monk first, he tries convincing her to abandon Pagnol, the evil genius who has transformed her into a genetically enhanced super-killer. Even her life is going to be a short one, Lacey still turns on Monk. With Pagnol controlling their access to weapons, Monk and Lacey square off in a battle to the death......
