These cuties are gaining fans real fast. THEY WILL GROW ON YOU. It's a really great album, the songs are good and the girls are cuter than ever. Personally, I think that 13 bucks for 11 sweet tracks is a real bargain. The title song Girls Generation is energetic and catchy like the songs from their debut single. They did really good on the ballads as well, the harmony, the sweet voices, yum..my personal favourite would be 7989, but then again I'm biased towards Tae Yeon (7989 is her duet with Kangta by the way). Anyhow, it is definitely worth buying, it includes two songs from their single as well: "Into the New World" and "Perfect For You", however the latter is renamed as "Honey" on this album for some reason. October 1, 2006 #1 Rookie! Go ERIKAfor those of you who don't know already, this single contains tracks from sawajiri erika's most recent drama "a song to the sun". the two tracks are amazing, as this was sawajiri's debut. she was given the title "#1 rookie in all of jpop history" for raking in an equivalent of about $6million hongkong dollars for sony records, even BEFORE the single was released, from ring-tone downloading. this is a must-buy for me, and im looking forward to seeing more singing and acting from sawajiri in the near future. February 6, 2006 AwesomeBoA never fails to amaze me with her amazing music. This album is definitely worth buying! The first track [Silent Screamerz]shows yet another new side of BoA. [Ready Butterfly] is an extremely addicting song that will make your body move to the music and guess what, YOU CAN'T STOP IT! [Cosmic Eyes] is a cute song that's pretty much like [Before You Said Goodbye to Me] in a way, the beat will get you jumping in your seats! [Love Is Just What You Can See] is sang with the stronger side of BoA's vocals and is really suitable for the album title [OUTGROW]. [Stay My Hold] is a slower song, which is probably it's placed at the bottom of the tracklist, after all the crazy jumpy songs you can listen to this more calm song and cool down. The rest of the album are pretty much BoA's older hit songs which most BoA fans have probably heard of, and believe me, they are worth the money =D *and YES i have listened to previews of the new tracks* Did you find this review helpful? February 1, 2006 YOU KNOW BOA BEATS THE BEST!Best Korean album so far! The title song Girls on Top shows a rather powerful image of BoA, her strong vocals really match the lyrics which fully express her feelings about females being treated unfairly. First track Moto has a great beat to it and will get you dancing from the first second! Some slow songs like "If You Were Here" truely shows BoA's awesome vocal talent, her breathing control is simply amazING! i'd say its a lot better than Make A Secret which was just kinda @____@
dakishimeru, the title song, has a catchy beat, and why would you care about the MV, its not like this single includes the MV or something. the MV was a little weird, but it do not have much traces of britney's MV whatsoever. a little bit of similiarity in different artists' MVs do NOT mean ANYTHING, its just that artists tend to borrow ideas from each other once in a while. anyway, back to the single, its DEFINITELY worth the buy, bcause the second song BEFORE YOU SAID GOODBYE TO ME is just AWWWESOME. i was expecting someting more like meri kuri, but really, this song is just as good, though definitely DIFFERENTDid you find this review helpful?
