Laughs + fights = Boss X-File
|
"Boss X-File" is a goofy, action-filled comedy in which prosecutors and police set up a night club in order to catch a gang boss in the act of bribing a politician. To lure the boss to the bar, they hire the bargirl with whom the boss is infatuated. Hijinks ensue as we see the prosecutors and cops serving as waiters and bargirls in the new club. There are laughs and spectacular fights in the course of this giddy, if uneven, film. While the script probably would have benefitted from some further streamlining, "Boss X-File" provides an amusing diversion. |
