A star-packed roster of Hong Kong screen idols assemble for Boys Are Easy, a daffy and gleefully inspired comedy from comedymeister Wong Jing! Richard Ng Yiu Hon is Ng Hon, father of three comely daughters, played by Brigitte Lin, Maggie Cheung and Chingmy Yau. All three are independent and strong young women, but Ng Hon would like nothing more than to see his daughters happily married off. To achieve his goal, he conspires with son Jimmy Lin to trick the three into speeding up their plans for matrimony. Ng Hon pretends to have testicular cancer, so the three girls look for boyfriends, albeit fake ones. Their targets: the slick and supremely pathetic King of Gigolo Karaoke (Tony Leung Ka Fai), a dopey triad loser (Jacky Cheung), and an incredibly rare twenty-seven year-old virgin (Ekin Cheng)! But mistaken identity, misdirected communication, Ng Hon's gold-digging pen pal (Sandra Ng), and a gun-toting criminal bad guy (Ken Lo Wai Kwong) conspire to sow discord within the family, and the result is one incredibly bizarre and over-the-top affair to remember! 　　Ng Hon has brought up his children on his own since his wife died. The sudden death of his best friend has inspired him to settle the marriages of his three daughters. He pretends that he is suffereing from an incurable disease. His eldest daughter, Brigitte is an inspector. In order to fulfil her father's last wishes, she forces a gigolo to be her boyfriend. His second daughter, Maggie asks for Jacky's help in exchange of money to pretend as her boyfriend. The youngest sister Chingmy is fascinated by a shame boy Ekin. Three pairs of lovers, chasing each other, finally become perfect couples.
