Based on the popular manga Hana Yori Dango, Korea's own Boys Over Flowers TV drama turned into the runaway hit of 2009. The stars of the hit drama -leading lady Ku Hye Sun plus Korea's F4, Lee Min Ho, Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Bum, and Kim Jun - held a special Boys Over Flowers fan event in Japan in April 2009. This DVD release records the entire event including greetings from the cast and singing performances by SS501, T-max, Kim Bum, and Kim Hyun Joong.
