Released in Hong Kong theaters in 1972, the film takes place in China's distant past and centers on three very different kingdoms locked in a grueling battle with one another. 　　本片為申江於1972年自編自導的戰國時代歷史武俠片。故事描述，公元前二五七年，秦國圖併吞六國，秦昭王發兵攻趙國。魏、趙為鄰國，倘趙被攻破，魏自難保全，但魏王怕秦，按兵不動。後太傅被殺，魏王納其女如姬（夏凡）為妃，答應代其復仇。信陵君（宗華）門客朱亥（張斌）為救國，乘機代姬報父仇，以請姬盜魏王身上的兵符令牌，發兵卻秦救趙……
