此片為《扭計祖宗陳夢吉》的續集，故事描述曾被奇人陳夢吉（梁天飾）害得吃官司的「刁師爺」荒唐鏡（張瑛飾），懾於陳的足智多謀，握手言和，攜手合作；期間一古董商人邀陳為其施計，奪取傳說藏於名妓小蚌精（劉慧玲飾）私處的珍品翡翠「玉手指」。陳知荒乃好色貪財之徒，遂約同荒夜探小蚌精棲身的「五花寨」妓院，惟此地有包括小蚌精在內的五名以潑辣及怪癖而著名的妓女，陳與荒也就各施妙計，展開一次香艷的任務……
