　　光明界著名廚師劉風之子劉昂星是一個快活的少年，生活在蜀山中的菊下樓，與媽媽貝仙女相依為命。他的夢想是參加帝國的龍廚師大賽。此時，黑暗界頭領凱由利用詭計獲取龍廚師職位後，開始侵吞光明界的地盤，菊下樓也未能倖免。

I thought it was a fun and exiting series to watch since it was originated from a Japanese comic book, unfortunately, to my great disappointment, the storyline was ridiculous. There were cartoons added in between scenes for exaggeration (which was lousy), most of the actors/actresses didn't know how to act, especially the guy from Japan. As for Peter, his look in this series was too modern, and since he wasn't the main character in this series, he didn't have much lines. I didn't finish the entire series but just skipped the middle part and watched the last disk which of course, a lousy ending. I didn't read the comic books, don't know if the story is the same as the TV series, may be it's better off to read the comic books but not to watch the series.
