The EP contains five new songs, including the popular first plug and cell phone CM theme song I Will Be Loving You composed by Chan Kwong Wing, plus On Every Line featuring Malaysian singers Danny Wan and Danell Lee. Up Close Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Close Up is another worthwhile album from Jason Chan. Sadly, it is only a EP and therefore contains fewer tracks than his first two albums. Close Up follows very closely to the style of music from his first two albums. The 5 tracks contained in this album are all very good. Track 5 - On Every Line took a while to grow on me, but is one of the more upbeat tracks of the five.

My favourite track on this album is Track 2 - 你瞞我瞞. If you listen to the lyrics in it, you will find it rather meaningful. It really brings out Jason's voice and makes you appreciate his vocals, and not just one of those hip artists that only sells albums cos they have the looks only. Track 1 - I will Be Loving You is closely followed after Track 2. Track 1 actually reminds me of 'I Miss You' from his 2nd album - Change.

Track 3 - 我們的門牌 is another up beat track, whilst Track 4 - 逸後 is another mellow love song. This track is also very likeable when listened to after a few times and you follow the lyrics and meaning of the song.

Although this EP is a little on the expensive side for 5 tracks only, if you are a big Jason Chan fan, it is worth investing in. It is a shame this album contains so few a tracks, and would be even better if it was a full album. Playing it on repeat doesn't seem to be as satisfying as listening to his other albums, in some ways it does feel there could be more, but it just isn't there. However, I have given this 5 stars because the songs on this album is really worth listening to and goes to show Jason Chan has stepped up a mark from when he first entered the music scene.

The good thing is that it does come with a DVD with 3 of the tracks, so you can enjoy watching the MVs and get a taste of the stories in the songs.

EXCELLENT !!! AGAIN & AGAIN !!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Again & again Jason Chan proved to the listeners that his wide variety of music really melts the listeners' heart & stayed there forever !!! This time, I played all his 3 albums everyday back-to-back in my car stereo & as expected, there's no need to change discs as these 3 albums are here to stay in my best collection forever !!!

A must get CD!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Seriously, you must get this EP!! Jason is a very talented singer with a very soothing voice. The song "I Will Be Loving You" is one of his latest hits and have become very popular. This song is a slow love song whilst Track 5, On Every Line is a upbeat song which describes youth of today and their activities online.

The only negative aspect of this release is that it only contains 5 tracks, however as we all know quality is better than quantity and you get a bonus DVD too!! Jason's sweet voice would definately melt us all!!
