　　台北縣某分局的刑事組長－阿不拉，為人正直、嫉惡如仇，兒子阿義正值叛逆期的國三學生，與父親相處甚不融洽，倒是與同學、女友相處愉快。同學的父親－黑輪，長袖善舞、黑白兩道關係良好，經營地下特種營業並與大陸走私集團合作牟利。

　　即將退休的警察－豆乾，他是阿不拉的好友，多年來經手洗黑錢，常勸不收賄的阿不拉與現實妥協，並幫他相親數次不成。其實阿不拉內心喜歡的是在破獲大陸走私集團事件中意外擄獲的偷渡客(小青)，她是被台商騙大肚子，來台灣尋找希望與未來。在阿不拉幫忙下產下一女嬰，小青被迫遣返大陸，女嬰由阿不拉安排他領養。

　　兒子阿義因女友在酒廊當公主，被黑輪手下虎卵施暴，憤怒之下，隻身前往以卵擊石的去報仇，險被對方殺害，所幸被阿不拉的同事鴨尾仔救回。面對黑道的囂張與愛情的不順利，阿不拉忍無可忍，決定以黑制黑、以暴制暴的方式，剷除黑道、伸張正義與公理，於是一場的腥風血雨的大戰即將展開....
