　　香港特警隊督察藍朗（方中信飾）在偵察一宗重大罪案期間，冒死前去營救被黑社會綁架的女友（蒙嘉慧飾），卻反遭陷害，被迫停職退出警界。朗只好在海邊開設小餐廳，希望過平靜的生活。可是黑社會勢力並沒有放過他。十年後，從澳洲回港的年輕人阿孝（陳宇琛飾）來到海鮮酒家工作，其父當年被藍朗誤殺，而阿孝正要來查明真兇。

　　Lam Fong (Alex Fong), the inspector of Hong Kong police Force, was framed and suspended because of his rescue for his girl friend (Yo Yo Mung), who has been kidnapped by the mob. After leaving the Police Force, Long goes to a small island and runs a seafood restaurant for peace of mind. But the gangster doesn't let him go and have been chasing for him for 10 years. One day, a young man Henry (Sam Chan), whose father was killed by Long for some reason, comes back from Australia and gets into Long's restaurant in order to find out who the real murderer is.

Good Pairing of Alex and Yoyo Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
I like Alex Fong because there always something about
him that makes him interesting. He is also very attractive. I like Yoyo very much for the same reason.
They are very good together.
This is not a bad movie at all.

Enjoyed the movie. Alex, as usual has that air about him. Very cool. Yoyo, surprisingly was really pretty in this one. Chin Ka Lok is my favourite. He is really cute, especially trying to speak English to the tourist at the seafood restaurant.
