It's alright Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
I think this movie is okay. There are some parts where I just feel bored with but there are some that were touching too. Like the part when they were telling each other that "once you lie, you have to keep on lying to cover up the lie." But I was irritatted with the fact that the guy wouldn't admit that he likes her throught out the whole movie. I bought this movie only because it had 4 1/2 stars rating on yesasia, but I only watched it once, didn't care to watch it again after that.

Would you believe? I have watched this film 3x already. I really enjoyed the story very much. No dull moment. I also learned how to cook 'Oh Ah Chien' by simply watching them cook. I highly recommend this film especially to those people who wants to find true love. Who knows? True love is just around the corner.

I bought this TV series only because Show was in it and he's really cute too!!xD But then i also found out it was actually one of Taiwan's top series too!!
This is one of the best drama series i have ever seen! Show as Qin Lang and Barbie as Xin Lei were very fitting roles and the arguing scenes are hilarious. The story tends to get more serious as the drama continues, but still is a great comedy to the end.
The Taiwan version comes in a great box too, with this mini paper booklet of pictures from the drama and this large piece of paper with overviews of each episode!

I love this drama! it's really funny and comedic, but it also has his very touching moment, specially in the later episodes. I love Show's character the most! Although Barbie's character in the beginning was really snobbish and irritating, but I can't blame her since she plays a rich spoiled brat in this drama, but her character improves later on. The story is very sweet, although some of the scenes were exaggerated, but it's still fun to watch. And I think Show and Barbie have great chemistry! I actually think Barbie matches with Show alot more than Vic Chou!
Overall, it's a great series, highly recommended! No wonder it's so popular in Taiwan!

I was really looking forward to this show after all the publicity but was a little disappointed. S and little pig acted well but I think the story is a little rediculous. How can a man have so much pride that he can't even tell the woman that he loves her very much! Anyway, the character that brought joy to me whilst watching this show is definitely '9 knives' - he's really funny and makes a lot of sense.

I thought the storyline itself was very good; a story about a rich girl who's parents suddenly goes bankrupt and abandons their daughter, leaving her all alone in the big world. The girl was then thrust into the poor lifestyle she is not used to, and then had to learn the hard way of living. Beside her was a caring and loyal man who helped her along the way, helped her through all the hardships, and eventually they fell in love.
This series started out as a light-hearted comedy, but as the story progressed, the series grew deeper and deeper. Some series are too comedic, it makes the whole series seem silly...while some series are too deep, it's depressing to watch. But this series on the other hand has a great balance of comedy and depth; it's not too funny and not too deep.
Adding the great performances from the casts and the brilliant chemistry between Show and Barbie :hug there you have a truly 'great series!' And I have to say, it is truly the BEST I've seen so far!

Cute but story drags Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
Barbie and Alan look really cute in this drama and the cinematography is beautiful. However, the storyline and dialogue quickly become very repetitive. The fighting scenes between Barbie and Alan are intended to be cute, but end up being frustrating and serve no purpose but to keep them apart for silly reasons.

Nice movie...
Barbie Hsu play as a spoiled rich girl who have to learned the hard way of real life. Nice! Occasionally, I thinks ALan Luo quite resemble Vic Zhou in this series. He acts good.
