First Nanase song I ever listened to was 'Bad Girls' and I have all the CDs now. The 'Bad girl' of Japanese rock hit a home run with this one. Its hard to single out any of these songs (they are ALL so good) but 'Tamannai shunkan' a kind of experimental song evoking a strong unsettled feeling (she breaks under the pressure of conforming to the norm) should be heard! 'Yasashii uta' is a ballad that is just so sweet (I hardly believe its Nanase singing this). IMHO, any j-rock fan should have this CD! |
