  • How do I track my reshipment(s)?
  • To check the status of reshipment(s), log in to My Account, select the relevant order, and click the "This order has reshipment(s)" link. If your order does not contain any reshipment(s), this option will not be available; please make sure to select the correct order in your Order History.

    The reshipment page contains information about the reshipment status and the shipping date. Depending on the shipping method, a tracking code may or may not be provided.
