An Inspection Fee is defined as the cost incurred by testing the product, prior to commencing any repair work. When customers return products to YesAsia.com for repair, we send them first to a technician, who checks the products thoroughly, to identify the defect(s). If the product is identified to have no defect, or any defect(s) can be fixed during the inspection, the Inspection Fee will still be charged.

A Labor Charge is defined as the cost incurred by repairing & fixing any damage or defect(s) identified by the technician during inspection.
