  • No, YesAsia.com's warranty service package does not include repair or replacement of accessories for electronic items covered under the warranty.

    Accessories for an electronic item may include the following:

    • Battery
    • Charger (Desktop or AC charger)
    • Cable (USB cable, AV cable, data transfer cable)
    • Case (any carry case that comes with the product)
    • Neck strap or hand strap
    • User manual
    • CD-ROM (Installation/management software etc.)
    • Memory card included with the product
    • Earphones (including earphones extension cable)
    • Remote control
    • Stylus for PDA, phone, laptop etc.

    Should you need to repair or replace any accessories for your device, feel free to contact our Customer Service Department for further advice.  They will gladly help you research prices and availability for a replacement.  Please note that accessory replacement will only be made with the customer's prior consent.
