- Can I combine my open orders into one shipment?
- If your orders are not shipped out, you are welcome to send your request to combine your orders into a single shipment. However, we do not accept requests in the following situations:
- Orders with different shipping addresses
- Orders with different shipping methods
- Orders with different payment methods
- Orders paid by RMB debit card
- Orders with item(s) partially shipped
- Orders with coupons applied
