  • Why is the order that I want to combine not eligible for order combination?
  • Only orders with the order status of "Processing" can be combined. If your order has the order status of "Shipped" or "Partially Shipped", or you used a payment method that has already debited funds from your account, then your order can no longer be combined.

    If your order has not yet been shipped and was paid for by credit card, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
