- Effective March 2, 2009, YesAsia.com offers Standard and Express shipping options to the United States. Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped using our Standard shipping service. Orders using Standard service will be shipped via Hongkong Post Air Mail.
* We may upgrade your shipping service from "Standard Service" to "Express Service" at our sole discretion and cost. If the shipping service is upgraded:
- online tracking service will become available,
- signature is required on delivery, and
- PO Box is not accepted as a shipping address when the upgraded service doesn't accept PO BOX shipping address.
** Free Shipping is only available if you select Standard Service. *** Notes of using the calculator:
- If your order is eligble for free shipping, you only input the total of the shipping units for the non-eligible for Free Shipping item(s), if any.
- If you would split your order into more than one shipment, no free shipping is available and the number of shipment units will be the total shipment units of your order.
- We may arrange for orders to be split into separate shipments if it benefits the customer, e.g. if one of the items in the order has a later release date, or if the full shipment is extra bulky. Our hope is that customers receive their orders faster and more efficiently. When shipments are split at our discretion, the customer will not be responsible for any extra charges or fees.
