- What happens if YesAsia.com is not able to have the item(s) of my request within the specified availability estimate time frame?
- If there is only one item delayed in the same availability grouping, the item will be ship out to you once it replenishes. However, if there are more than one item delayed within the same availability grouping, we will try to source them all within 7 days and ship them out to you. The additional shipping fee due to extra shipments will not be charged towards you. Please click here for the different types of availability group.
