  • What should I do if I cannot complete my PayPal transaction when placing my order?
  • If you have placed an order but cannot complete your PayPal transaction, you must log in to PayPal's official website and process the payment before your order will be dispatched.

    After you log in:
    - Choose Send Money
    - Enter account-global@yesasia.com as the "Recipient's Email Address"
    - Enter your "Order number" in the subject line

    Once you have paid through PayPal, please send the Transaction ID to our Accounting Department (account-global@yesasia.com). You can expect your order to start processing within the next 1-2 business days or you can sign into the "My Account" section to view your order status from time to time.
